DKT Mekong successfully conducted a specialized training session on newChoice Copper T IUD and Levoplant contraceptive implant insertion and removal at Tboung Khmum Cambodia-China Friendship Hospital.

This comprehensive program, combining theoretical learning with hands-on simulation practice, was designed to enhance the clinical skills of healthcare professionals in providing safe, effective reproductive health services in both urban and remote areas.

Training Impact

  • Total participants: 38 healthcare providers, including doctors and midwives

  • Coverage areas: Tboung Khmum and neighboring provinces such as Kampong Cham, Prey Veng, Kratie, Stung Treng, Mondulkiri, and Ratanakkiri
